William Bradford (governor) and Squanto (Native American) collaborated to survive. The Puritans were helped by the Native Americans for fishing, hunting, building houses. The English settlers were taught how to cultivate and fertilise the land. As a result (par conséquent), the Native Americans were invited/greeted by the Puritans to eat and celebrate/have fun.
