The first picture shows an island with some futuristic structures connected with glasses and corridors.

The second picture shows a building on the water with small islands.

The third picture shows a peninsula and a structure that is half under and half on water. 

The common point it that the constructions are on water, are futuristic and innovating/modern. They also show vegetations and green spaces.

The future city competition consists in 39 schools selected among 1,000 middle schools to participate in the creation of a project. The project is about the modernisation and innovation of a city from an underdeveloped country like Bangladesh or Madagascar. There are 5 finalists who present their project that is linked to climate change/environment and technologies. In the video, the competition takes place in 2020 and Luke Churchill with his team of 7 people won the competition with his project of Mamohatra city (Madagascar). He probably uses recycled materials such as plastic or cardboard to build new infrastructures and buildings.
